Tell me what happened and attach the log. The log is the part that usually has the answer in it; the description tells me where to look. You do not have to say who you are.

Log file(s) They are in the Logs folder beside Aosda.exe; the newest file is the run you just had. Up to three files. A big one is packed here in your browser before it goes. Hide character names Before anything is sent, your browser swaps every character name in the log for Player1, Player2 and so on, and does the same to your description. The real names never leave your computer. The swap list shows below so you can write "Player1 got stuck". Other players' names inside server messages are not touched.

What happened What you expected instead Roughly when Your local time is fine. It only has to land me in the right part of the log. How to reach you Optional. Leave it blank and the report still counts. An email only matters if you want to hear back.

What a log contains Maps, what the bot did and what the server said back, and character names unless you hide them above. No passwords: the login exchange is never written down. Reports are kept for 60 days and read by one person.
